Connecting tablet so to wife router

Hello,
Sir i have a 3g unlimited connection on tablet.want to use this on my pc and laptop and smartphone.
I have used my tablet to tethered as hotspot. Can i connect a router and configure it to access net on my other wife devices.

Why do you need to connect a router if the tablet is already configured as a wifi hotspot? Are you only allowed to connect ONE wireless client to the hotspot?

Thanks for responding. I actually want to access net on my laptop on 1st floor if ever i leave my tablet at ground floor.(Increase the signal).

So what you really want is a wireless extender/repeater, right?

If so, that's only going to be possible is if the router can actually be reconfigured as a repeater, and most can't. You’d either have to buy a standalone repeater, or buy a router that can be reconfigured as a repeater (either w/ stock or third party firmware), or make your own (add a wireless ethernet bridge to the WAN of your router).
