PS/2 Keyboard not working

I recently purchased this keyboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
as a cheap replacement for an old usb keyboard.
However, I cannot get it to work whatsoever. I have tried unplugging the usb keyboard and restarting the computer.
