Hi Everyone,
I'm been having some issues regarding a very sporadic internet connection. I have upgraded my router and my modem to try and solve the issue (both could have used an upgrade anyway, so I'm not torn up about that). I have tried every test I can think of to determine if the problem is on my end. Resetting everything, buying new equipment, plugging right into the modem, switching the actual cable into the modem and nothing seems to work. I get unstable connections meaning I have 30+ Mbps one minute and the next I have 1 Mbps. The upstream is always super slow, but I'm told that doesn't really matter much. Is there anything else I can do? The time of day doesn't seem to matter much, but maybe I haven't kept track of times enough to say 100%.
Any suggestion?
