Can someone help? My PC was running fine up until about a week and a half ago when it suddenly just switched itself off for no reason and will now not stay powered for more than 5 mins. I have tried unplugging everything I can think off, but it still keeps switching off!

My case and PSU are about 4-5 yrs old now - is this a just a case of my power supply just getting too old and dying ungraciously?

It sure sounds like it. There's only one way to find out. Swap it out.
