ST Lab CMD649 Ultra ATA/100 IDE Controller

I just can't install the driver...! it says "invalid data" all the time! help please...

my configuration:

motherboard IDE 1 : Hard disk --- Hard disk
motherboard IDE 2 : CD-Rom --- CD-RW
IDE controller : DVD-Rom
