Boot Screen not working!

I have a laptop har drive that has been in a HP Pavillion Limited edition, a Dell Vostro 1500, and a Gateway tower. For all three, it shows my custom boot screen. For this Dell Latitude 2110 that I bough, it only shows a progress bar, not the animation. Any suggestions? The native resolution for the netbook is 1024x600. Any ideas? I want this to work.

Read my last sentence. And yes, the animation, it doesn't show up. If I go to msconfig and select the no GUI boot option there is just a blank screen when it boots. I am very grateful for the quick reply. If I unselect the no GUI boot part, it just shows the progress bar.

Never mind, I got rid of Windows and now I'm using Ubuntu. Thanks for the help though.
