We've got our share already, in the form of rain from a low pressure
area of the Vb kind, which was stuck over the adria portion of the
mediterranian sea for several days. Austria was hit worst, but portions
of Switzerland, too, were under water. And the Bavarians got the waters
one day later into their villages and towns.

It might sound hard, but it seems now it is your turn...

No need to run away. Just save. If it's a castrophe you can restore.

I'll bet you're a small-minded little tool who probably thinks of
himself as a "compassionate progressive who looks out for the welfare of
the helpless."

Yet, you're so blinded by your mindless hatred of people who voted
differently from you that you're actually happy to see up to a million
New Orleans citizens possibly go homeless overnight. Many of these
people will lose homes that they've worked for their entire lives.

Hypocrites like you make me sick.

Yeah, and in some aspects it's even worse than STEAM... so yeah, RUN!!!
BTW, I already went through the younger Katrina when it passed through
Fort Lauderdale, lost power for 36 hours... and it was only a cat 1
when it did.
My heart is with those in New Orleans... good luck!

Don't you have cyclone storms in down under? Although by now the storm
is rated "only" category four, it will drive all available water right
into the Mississippi ostuary, and up into the land behind. This *will*
be a bad day for New Orleans.

I don't know. Maybe we do. We sure don't whine and cry about it so much.

You make a wonderful example of an easy mark.

I figured he was very likely a troll, but considering the prevalence of
the loons taking political advantage of this disaster, his postings do
serve as a good example of the madness that plagues the loony left.

His comments really are not far off from the things that are being said
about the disaster in some places.

How exactly is that relevant again? Oh, thats right - it isn't.

But how Katrina is relevant to this group makes for a much more interesting
question, discuss amongst yourselves.

You mean like "all the looters and the people shooting at the police
are black?"

Pretty much all the comments are trolls.
