Can anyone recommend a good, cheap case for the GA-8IHXP motherboard?

I've been looking and I didn't expect cases to cost so much money, so if anyone can list any decent ones they recommend for that motherboard yet, not too expensive, then I'd be more than happy :)

Not too expensive is around the $50 mark, I wouldn't like to pay more than say $60 for a case.. but I work with pound sterling (£) so what ever it is in dollars, it's most likely going to be further more expensive over here anyways.

Please note that I'll be buying my own PSU (enermax), so PSU is not needed w/ case..

Thanks

Chieftec has the same cases as Antec, in the U.S. you can get one with power supply for around $50. In Europe they are sold as another brand I think.

Like that one? It says mini tower, isn't that the tiny ones..? Don't think the tiny ones is good enough for air circulating and so on?

Plus £65.80 is around £100.. cheapest one I found :-/

Thanks crashman, I'll look into antec further..

They make that design in three heights, you could pick a taller one, such as This Design! You can find a list of the most common styles at http://www.arena-chieftec.com/PC_Chassis/Dragon_Series/dragon_series.html. The Antec units are considerably higher priced.

Oh, and that mini-tower is actually a fairly large "mini", more like most mid towers, with good airflow designed in.

Oh yeah, you guys use different units over there...

300 watts would be approximately 258 kilocalories per hour, which is the same as 170 microtherms per minute. Or if you prefer metric, 108 megajoules per hour.

Or are your units still based on the amount of work it takes the Queen to take one sip of tea?

;)

I dunno.

I'm in the "a full tower case is an investment" category.

There is *NO* mod that you cannot do to a full tower case, given the proper toolz. So there's no reason it won't last you at least a couple of mainboard swapouts.

I cut holez in the sidez of all mine. I like having a few fanz spot cooling my PCI cards and hard disk.
