Hi

How come the ATI Radeon AIW 7500 won't record past the 15 minute mark during AVI recording ?
Says it has something to do with the FAT 32 in my hard drive.
Any way to get past this problem ?
I've also tried Virtual Dub but it stops recording at the exact same spot .. very frustrated.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I suggest switching to NTFS if you have an OS that supports it(Win NT/2000/XP).
Otherwise I'd say recreate the FAT32 sile system on your harddisk.
Make sure LBA mode is selected in CMOS for your harddisk.
Get rid of multiple partions. One single partion is more efficient and generally has less problems than multiple partitions.
Partition Magic is supposed to be able to convert partitions and file formats without destroying data (no reformatting required). Back up just in case.

P.S. When using fdisk or other partion utilities to create a FAT32 file system, enable large disk support.

Pain is the realization of your own weakness.

Iran into the same problem with my TV-Wonder, Ithink it's caused by Fat32 having a relatively low max filesize limit.
