I am in the process of rebuilding my PC into a slimline case and to do this I require a PCI riser card. I have found some of these sold by 1U & 2U chassis company. However they spcecify 33mhz and 66mhz (my bus is faster than this). Does it really matter or should it work anyway?
Any advice appreciated.

What bus are you using? I don't know of any current PCI busses faster than 66MHz.
