Why in my hp pavilion laptop using windows 7 32 bit when i connect the usb cabl

i have windows 7 ultimate 32-bit in my hp pavilion laptop. Almost 1 years ago i used the frontech tv tuner card through hp media to see worldcup 11. Afterthat whenever i gonna connect it with my lapi and open hp media, it shows no tv tuner card detected. I also downloaded all supporting software from hp official website and installed it. but the result is same. i didn't understand what's the problem. can anybody help me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

Maybe it's not the media player software, but the tuner card driver. Does your tuner card show up in Device Manager all right? Didn't the tuner card come with some additional software which could be useful for testing if it works?
