I recently updated the flex in my phone, and now the web browser doesn't
work. It reports GPRS not found. Can someone please tell me where to look in
the setup menus to re-enter the WAP settings for a Cingular phone?

It's hard to say. Different flexes block certain fields such as the default
WAP settings.
Sometimes updating a flex adds something and sometimes deletes others.
Your best bet is to find a flex with "CIN" in its string so you get a
Cingular flex.
Good luck
