How do I change Security code v60t?

How can I change the security code for a V60t if I don't have the
original code? I bought a refurbished phone to replace my other one and
during reprogramming, the security code isn't set to the default 000000.
I need to know if there is a way to get the code or reset it to
default. The people you get on the phone at Motorola and also at
Cingular aren't of much help. They tell you to call each other! I
appreciate anyone who can help.
