Windows Ultimate huh? Legit? Most people don't have that, haha. Anyway, if you have multiple physical or virtual NICs and any one of them are disconnected, this icon may appear. As long as you are connected to the internet on your primary NIC, then I wouldn't worry about it. If it annoys you, you can hide the icon in your system tray, or disable the offending NICs in the Device Manager. Hope this helps.
