I 'm using a single ddr 333 256 mb kingmax ram, 1800+ althon, 2the max 8k3ae, but always crashing suddenly when playing warcraft 3. it shows some memory error like 0x180000012312 memory cannot be 'read', etc and kick me to the desktop.
Sometimes, 15mins later, sometimes, 1 hr later, sometimes nothing happened.
I have try 3 ram slot but is also the same.
can u help me?

Could be the power supply. Weak power supplies just don't shield well against evil spirits and demons wanting to posses your PC.

Err ... I mean weak power supplies can cause odd instability issues that never directly implicate the power supply.

Yeah. That's what I meant.

Honest.

Really.

Download and run MEMTEST86 off a floppy.
if any messages appear, there is something wrong. if thats the case, try increasing the memory latency values or lowering the ram speed.

ive experienced the same problem when i overclocked my system to 2.4 (from 1.8)...but at that time...my ram was running at default speeds (ddr333)...my guess is that my memory is sensitive to high FSB because before i overclocked to 2.4...i was running my ram at ddr360 stably...anyways...try the memtest and see what comes up...
