Memory Timing

I am running my 128 MB Kingston PC2100 CL2.5 DDR at CL2.0 for 2 days in my MSI K7N420 Pro w/ Duron 1 GHz. I have faced zero problems so far. My system is ironic stable as usual.

Is there any risk of damaging the merory module if I continue running it at CL2.0 ?

Nah, you should be fine. Thier rating is just what they gave it. A lot of the time you can do better, but they make it higher for higher yields and for less RMAs.

As long as you don't over-volt the stick, you will be fine.

i had my Legend 256mb stick running at 2-2-3 for about a year now and no problems at all

shouldnt be.
if the stick was having problems you should have noticed it by now... windows BSOD'ing, programs crashing freezing or terminating unexpectedly, data corruption etc.

If you want added peace of mind, download MEMTEST86 and let it run through all its tests a couple of times. no errors = happy you.
