i have windose7 chinese edition can i install ecnglish edition by same product key

Run Windows update and download a language pack for any language available in the list MS has to offer. Once comlete you can change language from control panel under Regional and Language settings. No product key is required to do this, I'm just not 100% sure if it is possible in all versions of windows 7. I have Win 7 Ultimate and it is!

The language packs are available in Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows 7 Enterprise edition from the method you explained above

Unless hmustafa tells us which version he has installed we can't give him a solid answer though.
