v600 can u delete individual Java Games?

Yeap, go to Games & Apps where all the games are listed, scroll down to
the game you want to delete and press the menu button (top centre) and
select delete..

No Probs, I have had my V600 for just about a week and there are so many
extra menu's not mentioned in the manual that it makes it slightly
difficult to work out, I had a problem sending and receiving MMS and
taking the phone back to the shop where I bought the phone was so
confusing for them that I had to ring the service dept and they provided
the information that I needed (how was I suppose to know that the V600
needed to be manually told what server to use for MMS after downloading
the settings)..
