help with samsung rdram

i have a pair of samsung 8-device 128mb pc800 rimms. i want to double my memory but the problem is i haven't been able to find any websites that sepcify if their samsung rimms are 8 device or 4 device for the 128mb sticks. does anyone know of a site that does specify the number of devices?

how about if i have both banks with pc800 rimms but one pair is 8 device while the other pair if 4 device, then what?
