I have a sonicWall TZ170 router.
I would like to access the router via console port, since I turned off the http and https management by mistake.
I got the special cable ( RJ-45 to DB-9 ) adapter and connected my server to the the router.
Then I used the Windows HyperTerminal program and set it up.
According to SonicWall instructions I should see User Name , Password and the model number of my router.
But nothing happens. I get a blank page, and I can't type anything.
Anybody knows what I have done wrong?
Thank you.

According to SonicWall Instructions I used these settings.
9600 baud
8 data bits
no parity
1 stop bit
no flow control

The cable that I am using is a RJ-45 which connect to my router and DB-9 which I conncect to my computer.
