Help with Dell WLAN Utility

I've been using the Dell WLAN Utility for quite sometime. However, my other computer doesn't have it, so I saved the configurations in a WPN format. But I realized...that I wouldn't be able to open it on the other computer.

So my question is:
Is there a way to open the utilities config file (and be able to read it)?

Also, I don't want to use the Dell WLAN Utility on the other computer (so please don't suggest that).
