help with asus a7v8x bios..

Hi, I've got an Asus a7v8x and 256 of Corsair 3200C2 ram;
I would like to push the memory a bit. How you do that
in the BIOS ? I've read that a setting of 2 2 2 1T is
the optimal for this combo.. Where you can set this
values in the BIOS ??
