Cannot accessing cam

how can i access my cam in dell insprion 15n5050?
for that i have to install any drivers?

Check the Device manager, if your cam is installed then you will need to use some kind of software to access the cam. Something like MSN messanger, Skype or whatever else you may find.

If you bought the laptop with Windows 7 pre-installed, then the cam should be ready to use, you just start a software which uses it, e.g. Skype, and see if it gets recognized.

Other than that, I checked out the product support page for drivers and downloads, and I can't see any webcam drivers listed. This suggests that Windows 7 should install the proper driver automatically at install time, or via the Windows Update service. (Run Windows Update manually, and see if anything webcam related comes up.)
