Unexpected shutdown problem

sir i have window 7 laptop. i brought it on 2010 dec 31.i have a problem of unexpected shutdown of my laptop when i was playing game,watching movie or even when im chating..i would be very thankful if u tell me the solution of this problem....

Many causes - take a look in event viewer for errors.

Laptops tend to overheat quicker than desktops. Use software like HWMonitor and check your temps.

Use compressed air to remove dust from fans around the case. Use a Notebook cooling fan to keep it cool.
