Hi all, I have just bought Runaway a Road Adventure and everything is good
except for saving my game. It says

There is not enough free space on your hard disk drive to save a new game.

Thing is i have 56 gig left on my hard drive, the games web site has no
section for problems like mine just info.

Has anyone got a solution for this?
im using Win XP with a 2 gig cpu and 1 gig of Ram....
thanks Shaun B

My guess is that your hard drive is too large for the game to detect.
If that's the problem, something like Philip would help. You can
get Philip here
http://inky.50megs.com/myprograms.html

What Philip does is create a huge dummy file that fills up most
of your hard drive, leaving as much as you tell it to, so the
game is able to see what's left.

You can read more about Philip here
http://inky.50megs.com/programdocs/usingphilip.htm

Hi again, I disabled my norton internet security 2005 and was able to save
games.....I then tried it with norton and for some reason it still saves???
Hmm , but now I have a new question - how do I change the game reselution?
It seems to be stuck in higher than 800 x 600....Its a good thing I have
dual monitors because one of them cant show the whole screen even when using
the monitors adjustments. I think there should be a patch made so to enable
a click or key stroke to skip the video animations....What do you think..
Thanks Shaun B

You can't. This game (and most other games that don't use 3d graphics)
runs in a single resolution, which can't be changed.

I have though , I have a Geforce 4 Ti4600 and it has an option to use
reseloutions for a monitor either by selecting the ones you want to use or
not use.....i disabled all but 800 x 600 and the game runs fine with it in
800 x 600.
Hope this helps other gamers.

To get to the option goto

START / SETTINGS / CONTROLL PANNEL / DISPLAY / SETTINGS / ADVANCED / GEFORCE
4 TI4600 /
REFRESH RATE / OVERRIDE REFRESH RATE And deselect all but 800 x 600 so the
game runs in 800 x 600....
And of course APPLY.

I have the same video card, but I didn't know about that unexpected
feature. (Can't find it either - maybe it's elsewhere or don't exist in
the 71.84 drivers, which I have installed? - but it doesn't matter
since I have no use for it. My screen has no such problems.) I'm glad
you got it working anyway.
