ddr266 or ddr333???

im upgrading from a pc133 system in which my mobo burned, so i figured if i buy a new mobo it might as well be ddr too so my question is, 256mb of ddr333, or 512mb of ddr266?
and what would the price difference be?

Well, currently non-overclockers don't need the DDR333, but there's a slight price difference between it and the DDR266 so everybody buys the DDR333 (PC2700).
Ofcourse that 512mb of DDR266 will be alot better than 256mb of DDR333, but the price difference is so little that u might want to buy a nice 512mb DDR333 like i did.
