Why does my router keep disconnecting me

hello i have a problem with my internet i have to disconnect my wireless router to regain internet it says i have bars but i cant connect to anything so i unplug my wireless router and reconnect to the internet but ten minutes later i auto disconnect again and the same thing happens plz help BTW i use time Warner for internet

Please provide more details, such as the type of router, how it is configured, and if you have the same problems when connected by a cable instead of wireless.
