Newdev.exe - No Disk error message

Hello,
Upon start up I keep getting a box with red circle and white X saying: There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive/Device/Harddisk1/DR1. It won't go away, tried rebooting, hit cancel, tried canceling in Task manager under Applications and Processes, no dice.

Reset to default in bios (f2 setup)
