Broadband sharing issue

Hello,
I have a Motorola router on an AT&T business 6.0 connection. my computer is wired to the router and the other computer is wireless. the wireless computer seems to be getting the majority of the speed. and mine crawls. is there anyway to split how much broadband goes to the computers ?

If both PCs are similar, and both using similar services such as browsing or streaming video, then they will get about the same bandwidth.

However, if one is using service like peer-to-peer file transfer that uses multiple simultaneous data streams, then that PC will get a disproportionate share of the bandwidth. If this is the case, some routers allow you the throttle the bandwidth to certain PCs
