Needs to reformat HDD and install WIN 98

Hello...can anyone provide a URL for specific instructions HOW TO reformat an existing HDD IDE and then re-install WIN 98 from a CD?

sure thing, I still have it on my <A HREF="http://andrewt1.tripod.ca" target="_new">page/storage/whatever</A> spot. There is a txt with details, an after format floppy... what else you need?
