i just got an asus p4s8x and i bought a Corsair CMX512-2700C2 memory module. the board manual did not say if the module was supported. what if any problems can arise by using something that they haven't tested.

That ram should work well.
just make sure you run it at the correct speed.
If it doesnt work, you can return it to corsair as they have a lifetime warantee.
