Transfering OS to raid array?

So i have windows 7 installed on one 120g ssd and i want to take the OS and put it on a raid 0 array using two of the same 120g ssds. Whats the best way i can acconplish this?

note, the ssd the os is already on will be one of the ssds used in the array.

i really dont wanna blitz the thing and start a new. any advice?

sorry to say but you have to start over to set up the raid

Yep. Do over is safest, but I think if you load the raid driver then change to raid in your bios, you might be able to do an in-place migration. I would read the manual for your raid setup thoroughly AND do a backup of anything you don't want to lose first tho.
