It seems you haven't shipped anything before so let me school you a
bit.

First off, it's a flat fee, no matter where you live.
So the worst case scenario would be Maine, with a 13lb. package and
double insurance (they only pay half of the insurance amount, I know
from experience) of $800, it comes to $17.63. A box and peanuts at
Office Depot will take up the rest of the cost, and if your nice you'd
double box it, putting me OVER $25.
But hey, for an extra 3k, I can add a seat on a private charter
flight!
