My icons are corrupted how can i restore them?

Hello, my icons are corrupted. i would like to restore them.

Deleting the iconcache.db in appdata/local did not work

i am using windows 7

cleaning drive c did not work

restarting my pc 100 times did not work.

Please help me ..software?

Did you install some software that changes the icons? Otherwise clearing the icon cache at an administrator level should work fine.

how do i reset at an administrator level,

i am the only user on this computer.

is there some software to repair it instantly ? i used to have a small bot like that

Open the command prompt box with a right click and select "run as administrator," then type in the box: cd /d %userprofile%\AppData\Local then enter del IconCache.db /ah

Then restart. Sometimes a second restart is needed.
