Here are 180GXP specs. It says ATA-6, which translates to ATA100. I think ATA133 drives still are proprietary Maxtor stuff that's not included in any official ATA spec. I'm under the impression that other HD manufacturers would have to pay royalties to Maxtor if they used ATA133.

Are there any non-Maxtor ATA133 drives out there?

It's proprietary and they have to pay. I don't think others are using ATA133, and I doubt any will.

I'd like to dedicate this post to all my friends, family, and fans. Without them this post would never have been possible. Thank you!

Not so according to Seagate. Check this out: http://www.seagate.com/training/ata/unit1/mt2p8a.html. The naming conventions seem to be quite confusing. There are UDMA 2-5 (I suppose UDMA6 is equivalent to Maxtor's 133MB/s thing), and ATA specs 1-6.
