Computer not connecting to internet but internet working

when i try to log on to google chrom...it states not connect to the network...at thr bottom of the computer it say noy connected connection avaiable

I am trying to decipher your post.
I am assuming you are unable to get to any internet websites, but you see a balloon message coming from your WiFi client saying a connection is available.
This would indicate that your WiFi client can see 1 or more wireless networks, but has not made a connection to them. Open your WiFi client and try to connect. If security is setup, then you will need to know the password or secure key to connect.

More details on your scenario would help.
