If you read your own references and did even a small modicum of research on your own, then the following quote...
MEMORY
3 DDR DIMM sockets support:
3 2.5V DDR SDRAMs (DDR333) or
2 2.5V DDR SDRAMs (DDR400, conditional)
Maximum: 3GB (2GB only for DDR400, conditional)
...would have told you that PC2700 (AKA DDR333) is supported by the ECS L7VTA.
