i am just about to go out and spend my well hard earned cash on a new P4 solution. I am wanting something around the 2.5Ghz mark. As I live in the UK I am finding that PC1066 Rambus is fairly hard to get hold of, places that do stock it overcharge. What sort of thing are best to look for when buying Rambus (e.g Cas latency, Dram access times)??? Also is it possible to overclock PC800 to PC1066??? If so how many people have had success when doing this???

Shoot me, I work for PC World!!!!

When looking for PC1066, look for 32ns.

In theory people have managed to OC 40ns PC800 to run at PC1066 specs. Samsung seems to be the brand of choice for such an endeavor. I've never personally done it myself though. And, as always, OCing is a possability, not a guarantee, so it is always a calculated risk with a potential of failure. OC at your own risk.

This list the lowest price on CPU GPU memory most of the times they also got the lowest fare on everything.Like Goggle gear lowest price on intel CPU 1 of the best price overall. Also if you can find in this site some who give free shipping go for it.But i suggest that you also look the price in your local store some stuff like floppy cost less in store, for canada ATI card cost less in store.

Now what to do??
