Wireless PCI card for desktop

Okay, I'm building a desktop with a PCI wireless card inside of it.
What I want to do is make my desktop as a Wifi Hotspot for my phones and other devices to connect to.
I don't want to to buy a Wireless Router because it takes space for a small dorm room.
Can you guys advise me a good and cheap PCI wireless card to do that?
