Help! I am building a computer: ASUS P4B533-E, P4 2.66 cpu, G4 4600, 512mb DDR, WB 80gb hd......

And I dont get the whole PSU situation. I picked up an antec case with a 350. I am not making mods nor liquid cooled. Is this enough juice? Or would it be better for long term with a bigger PSU?
