which is the best 15" flat pannel in 2004 ?

Hi.
In winter 2002, THG celebrated the best 15" flat pannel as the : Samsung SyncMaster 152 T.
But in 2003, I have red a review in an Indian IT magazine, and they celebrated the best 15" flat pannel as the : Sharp LLT 15G3, but they were not reviewed the 152 T, but the lesser quality 152 S instead.
So, now, in 2004, which is the best 15" flat pannel, since THG has made a lot of reviews, but only 17" and 19" and 20", the 15" were forgotten away : does it mean that the market is also fogetting 15" flat pannels ?
And, more precisely, which is the best for :
- internet
- office
- games
- photoshop

I think with the price of 17" now in the range of what 15" were a couple of years ago we'll see less interest in 15". The nice thing with LCD, unlike CRT, is a bigger display doesn't take up a bigger footprint. I'm still using a 17" CRT that I got in '95 and never upgraded to 19" because I just don't have much room on my desk.
