I enjoy crafting using CDs and, as some of these were taking up to much space on my hard drive, I bought an external drive, I have an all in one wi-fi connected printer but, for some reason, I can't actually print anything from the external hard drive, do I have to change my printer settings to accept print jobs from this seperate hardware?

  1. Most printers will not print directly from a hard drive without getting the print command from a program on your computer, which is at least running in the background. If you can either open the document or at least select it and choose print with a program capable of printing it should work fine. What printer are you working with?
