41,000 event viewer events!!!? Is that bad??

hi, i was just taking a look in event viewer and i found i had 41,000 administrative events. 869 of those were errors, 40,533 of those were warnings and 21 were critical. Is that a problem to have that many events? If so, is there a way to fix it and stop the errors and warnings?

Computers Specs (Not sure if needed but i'll put them in anyway )
RAM: 16gb corsiar vengeance.
CPU: AMD FX 8120 8-core @ 3.10 ghz
MB: Gigabyte 990fc d3
Video card: EVGA 560ti SC
HDD: 1tb (not sure what brand) & a 2TB External USB 3.0 (Always plugged in)


Please help.

Is there a high volume of warnings on one service when you expand Administrative Events? I get a lot from Bonjour which can be ignored, but nothing like the numbers you're getting!
