More Information

Archived from groups: rec.audio.pro (More info?)

I saw a message on the Pro Audio list from Steve Lampen (who's
been planning these AES get-togethers for a few years now) giving
notice that the date had been changed from Friday night to Thursday
night due to difficulty in finding a nearby restaurant that could take
the crowd.

I haven't seen that update appear here on rec.audio.pro yet and it's
been a couple of days, so maybe it got lost in the ozone.

If you responded to Steve (or are thinking of attending) you should
check the date and see if you can still (or now) make it. But that's
the same night as the Gearslutz dinner and I see that there are
a few people who have confirmed for both that and the r.a.p.+
dinner, no doubt thinking they were on different nights. Also,
Thursday was mentioned as a possible single malt Scotch tasting
get-together.

Choices, choices.

Anyway, I just wanted to mention the date change since I haven't seen
a post from Steve here.
