Floppy and CdRW does not work with AGP

When Agp is disabled floppy and Cdrw works good, but when AGP Elsa Gladiac920 is pluged does not work, "Cannot copy or read from device"
Motherboard Intel 815EEA
Intel PIII 866
Bios P11
512 sdram, Kingston

I know for certain that some of my floppies are 5v, if not all of them. It sounds like they added load of the features enabled with the driver are pulling down your 3.3v/5v line and causing problems. Have you tried a different power supply?
