Which of these would you choose based on overall value and price:
Kingston 512MB DDR333 PC2700 Memory Retail for $125
Corsair 512MB DDR333 PC2700 64Mx64 184 DIMM Unbuffered CAS2.5 32Mx8 for $145
Samsung IC Chipset 512MB DDR333 PC2700 Memory for $125
2 Sticks of 256MB Micron DDR PC2700 • Non-parity • 6ns • 2.5V • 32Meg x 64 for $140

By the way the rest of my specs are:

Western Digital 40GB 7200 RPM hdd
Geforce4 Ti4200 128MB

I'd just go for the Samsung. Cheap and reliable. Now if you're gonna overclock, you may wanna look at say... the Corsair XMS PC2700 CAS2.

...And all the King's horses and all the King's men couldn't put my computer back together again...

Yeah, then Samsung's probably your best bet. I've got 512MB PC2700 of it in one of my computers.
