MHz vs CL

Hi,

Rather simple question: which factor makes a bigger difference in RAM performance: CL timing, or MHz?

In particular, how does a PC133 with CL3 compare against a PC100 with CL2 ?

Or does CL timing affect different aspects of performance than MHz?

if you read the article on THG about memory, you'll see that frequency is more important then CAS.

Though really, CAS2 PC133 does exist so why does it even matter?
