Wireless Adapter Recommendations (PCI and USB)?

I'm looking for accessories for the gaming PC I plan to build and I'm going to need wireless capabilities. I don't want to choose one that is no good for gaming, so I'm hoping someone here has had any experience and recommendations. Either PCI or USB works.
