Hi there…

I have acquired a hi-intensity brightness LED spot light set for a car....
This set is powered by a cigarette lighter fitting for the car (Live in England)…12V I believe….

I am thinking, can I mod this to go in my PC, and if so what will I need and how easy is it?

Cheers for your help all..

This is what the look like....

Electrically, the mod would be simple. Chop off the cigarette lighter termination, and cable it into a 12v supply from the PSU.

Having said that, an LED spotlight set for a car probably draws considerable current, so don't blame me if your PSU blows
