Windows 8 login screen freeze

my window 8 it was worcking fine ... i change couple time my microsoft acount the nex day i turn it on the main screen apear but the second screen to login its kind like freeze no option to login .. what can i do?

re install windows only thing i can suggest u to do

if u can log in the windows some how

remove password ! then it will go strait to your desktop

if still freeze


check bios settings and unplug external device(if any)
